AVIATION LAW NEWS: Safety -vs- Security in Aviation: The Legal Implications

Dr Jacqueline Tanti- Dougall, Partner at Tanti-Dougall & Associates, Advocates, has delivered a three hour lecture entitled “Safety -vs- Security in Aviation: The Legal Implications” on Friday, May  20th, 2011. The lecture formed part of a specialised course on Aviation Law organised by Institute of Legal Studies, Malta, following the advent of the Aircraft Registration Act (Act VIII of 2010) which entered into force last October.

Having graduated with Diploma in Aviation Law following a course at the IATA Aviation Training and Development Institute in Switzerland, Dr Jacqueline Tanti-Dougall has been practising and lecturing on aviation law for the past ten years, advising airlines on the many and complex issues which form an integral part of the aviation industry.
