The Maltese islands, specifically the picturesque Mgarr ix-Xini bay on the island of Gozo, have been chosen once again for the production of a new film in which Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt will be the main protagonists. The script of the new film which will be a romantic film, has been written by Angelina Jolie; however, its title is still a secret.The shooting of the film with a Euro 20 million budget, will take approximately four months and is expected to commence this summer.

Commentators in the film industry have remarked that it has been sometime since both Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have featured together on the same set and this since the making of Mr & Mrs Smith.
