IP NEWS: OHIM’s 20th Anniversary of CTM Regulations

March 15th marked the 20th Anniversary of the coming into force of Community Trade Mark (CTM) Regulations [40/94] which were adopted in December 20, 1993. The following year, in 1994, OHIM was subsequently established in Alicante, Spain and formally accepted the first CTM in April 1, 1996.
