TRAVEL & TOURISM LAW NEWS: 22nd International Forum of Travel & Tourism Advocates Conference 2010

Dr Michael Tanti-Dougall and Dr Jacqueline Tanti-Dougall have attended the 22nd International Forum of Travel & Tourism Advocates (IFTTA) World Conference 2010 held in Rome, Italy in September 1-5, 2010. This IFTTA World Conference attracted practicing lawyers in the fields of travel and tourism from all over the globe including Brazil, Australia, Japan, Russia, Armenia, Georgia, Ireland, Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, Holland, Hungary, Scotland, the United States, Vatican, Austria and Israel. The Secretary General of UNWTO also attended and participated. Dr Jacqueline Tanti-Dougall made a presentation entitled 'A Review of Certain Liabilities in the Hotel Industry' and was chosen as a moderator for one of the session. Dr Michael Tanti-Dougall made a presentation entitled 'Unfair Level Playing Field by Airlines vis-à-vis Travel Agents'.  In 2006 Malta had hosted the 18th IFTTA World Conference in St. Julian's.
